Refunds and Exchanges


The US Postal System does not offer refunds on First Class or Priority Mail. These services are provided with an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed-arrive-by date.

Any product you purchase from us that has not been custom-made for you, can be returned for a full amount you paid for the item(s) less any shipping paid within 30 days of the purchase.


If you purchase a non-personalized product and discover within 30 days you'd prefer some other product, let us know. We'll be happy to refund any price difference or send you a Paypal invoice for the difference if choosing a more expensive item.

Please note, if we've made an error, our policy is to immediately replace the item totally free of charge to you. If we choose to pick up the product containing the error, we will pay in full for that return. While errors are rare, we're sensitive to the upset they can cause. In most cases, we'll ask you to throw away the product containing the error so as to minimize any and all inconvenience to you.
