Emailing a photo of the damaged ornament can help expedite a replacement which we will send of the same ornament personalized the same way at our expense.


We cannot offer returns on personalized merchandise as it cannot be resold.


If we determine that we've made an error, we will replace the ornament that has that error at our complete expense. A photo of the error can help expedite an immediate replacement being mailed.


We offer the US Postal Services of First Class and Priority Mail. Neither of these economical service offer money-back guarantees as they are not day-definite services.
